Suggestion - Full Client Report for Emailing by Medical Conditions
1 report to include client emails, full address details, phone number and medical conditions/referral reasons for mass email merges/mailouts. At the moment you need to extract two reports and then try and match up names with email addresses. My recommnedation is one report to include:
First name
Last name
Email
mobile number
full address (street, suburb, state)
medical condition
referral reason

Thanks for the suggestion - I agree we can improve this area. We had a discussion internally about it last week. Our plan is to give users the option of exporting email address and/or phone and/or Address with *any* report. This will add a great deal of flexibility and remove the need to create custom reports each time there is a new report or a new idea.
We'll add this ASAP and will try to get it into 2.22, but can't guarantee it yet.
