To get the greatest benefit from myPractice, sign up for Software Assurance and receive personalized, friendly service from the team that built myPractice. Your initial myPractice purchase includes 6 months Software Assurance.
myPractice Software Assurance is purchased in yearly or monthly increments and price depends upon the number of licenses you have in your Practice.
Software Assurance includes:
- Every new version of myPractice, including major releases and patches
- Unlimited remote support
- Email questions answered within one business day
Our support:
- Priority email support is available to all customers currently under a Software Assurance contract.
- Installation help can be provided via LogMeIn Rescue, a remote control system where our technical support personnel will temporarily control your computer to get myPractice up and running.
Even without a support contract, you are entitled to:
- Unlimited free patches for security-related bugs
- Support can be provided at a cost of $150 per incident.
If you wish to resume your Software Assurance contract after it has lapsed, you may do so by paying for the period from the time it has lapsed. Contact sales@myPracticeSoftware.com for details.
