Update Eligibility and How to Update

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO UPDATE
All users - please visit http://www.mypractice.net.au/Release-Notes-Version-2.22 for full details of what is new and included in this version.

Your current Version number can be seen at the top left of your myPractice screen, on the splash screen at startup, or via the Help > About menu option in myPractice

The update will detect your eligibility and abort any unlicensed updates.  Only eligible licensed installations may update.

This includes existing Trial Edition Customers and Customers currently covered by a Software Assurance plan. 

To obtain an update outside of a Software Assurance plan, please contact us at sales@myPracticeSoftware.com - pricing is typically 75% of the current Single License price and includes 6mths Support and 6mths of Updates.

1 - myPractice Solo Edition:
If your installation displays a version number of 2.21.0 or above you can install this update immediately.

2 - myPractice Network Edition (excluding myPractice Live Hosted by us):
    If your installation displays a version number of 2.21.0 or above you can install this update after reading the following.
    The Network Database Server must be updated BEFORE any of the Client computers.
    All mobile (laptop) Client Computers must Synchronise their changes before the Network Server is updated.

3 - myPractice Live Edition:
    Please contact support@mypracticesoftware.com with your Practice name and 2 possible upgrade dates/times.
    We will contact you to confirm a suitable time for your update.
