myPractice Live Subscription - Additional Users (per month)

myPractice Live Subscription for an Additional user is for Practices with more than 5 users. It covers the VPN cost, Server Access and hourly Data Backups.

e.g. You have 8 users - You need to purchase the "myPractice Live 3 to 5 License" pack and an additional 3 "Additonal Users" subscriptions to cover the 8 users.

myPractice Live requires the purchase of a Network Server License and a Network Client License for each computer accessing the Server. See myPractice Live Details for more information

Payment: You will be charged the price shown below immediately and again on the same date every month until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice is required prior to cancellation. Cancellation can be ordered via email or phone and may require written verification from the Practice Owner.  On the cancellation date of the subscription all data will be removed from the myPractice servers and all backups will be irreversibly deleted and destroyed.  A copy of data will be supplied upon request.

Software Assurance: Please note that Software Assurance is compulsory for myPractice Live customers.
