myPractice Live "Fully Hosted" - 6-10 Users (per user, per month)

myPractice Live Fully Hosted Subscription "6-10 Users (per user per month)" includes all licensing fee's, software assurance, server access, hosting and hourly data backups.  There are no other fees and no minimum duration contract.

'Fully Hosted' means that your database and the myPractice Application are hosted on our servers.  You access your myPractice installation using a Remote Desktop connection from your PC or Mac.

Payment: You will be charged the price shown below immediately and again on the same date every month until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice is required prior to cancellation. Cancellation can be ordered via email or phone and may require written verification from the Practice Owner.  On the cancellation date of the subscription all data will be removed from the myPractice servers and all backups will be irreversibly deleted and destroyed.  A copy of data will be supplied upon request.

The price is 'per user per month'. Please add the appropriate qty to your cart before checking out.
