Software Assurance - 1 License - 1 year
myPractice Software Assurance is purchased in yearly or monthly increments and price depends upon the number of licenses you have in your Practice.
Software Assurance includes:
- Every new version of myPractice, including major releases and patches
- Unlimited remote support
- Email questions answered within one business day
- Priority email support is available to all customers currently under a Software Assurance contract.
- Installation help can be provided via LogMeIn Rescue, a remote control system where our technical support personnel will temporarily control your computer to get myPractice up and running.
Software Assurance starts immediately after the previous Software Assurance period expires, regardless of when you purchase the service.
Alternatively you may Purchase a myPractice Upgrade at any time for 75% of the current Client license price. Contact sales@myPracticeSoftware.com to purchase an Upgrade.
Use this item to purchase 1 - 4 Software Assurance Licenses. For 5 or more, please see our "Software Assurance Bulk Pack" licence product.
Upon receipt of your payment we will set your future expiry date in our license system and advise you of your new date via email. This will allow you to start Remote Support should it be required, and also allow you to update your myPractice installation with any upgrades provided during your Software Assurance period.
