Default Date format in Letters

A Uservoice request asked us to add the ability to set the date format used in the Letter Editor when merging data.

We have added this option to the Options > Documents tab as highlighted below. 

In our example letter we have 2 date fields highlighted in Green.

When merged, the dates take on the format as defined by the User in the Options screen.
