Appointment Book Navigation Shortcuts

Do you ever find yourself needing to quickly skip a month ahead to make the next Appointment for a Client?  From talking to our customers we know many of you do.

In version 3.7.8.0 we have introduced some quick keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate forward quickly. When you are in the Appointment Book, you can use the following keys...

Ctrl+n

Create a New Appointment

Ctrl+d

Delete the selected Appointment

Ctrl+g

Show the 'Go to date' window

Ctrl+1

Holding the Ctrl key down and pressing the number 1 moves you forward 1 week

Ctrl+2

Move forward 2 weeks

Ctrl+3

Move forward 3 weeks

Ctrl+4 

Move forward 4 weeks

Ctrl+5

Move forward 5 weeks

Ctrl+6

Move forward 6 weeks

Ctrl+Alt+1

Day View

Ctrl+Alt+2

Work Week View
